My Story
I bought my first Bitcoin in 2017 and quickly found myself drawn into the world of markets — ASX stocks, US equities, crypto, and eventually forex. For the first few years, like most people, I was investing on instinct and following tips. It felt exciting, but it wasn't a system.
Then 2020 arrived. COVID shut down the world, and I run my own business. The uncertainty was confronting. I realised that relying on hope as a strategy wasn't good enough. I committed to genuinely educating myself — completing my Bachelor of Business and Finance, then my Master of Financial Planning, and immersing myself in technical analysis. In 2025, I completed my CFTE (Certified Financial Technical Analyst) designation. I wanted to understand markets at a deep level, not just follow along.
What I found through that process was that most retail traders fail not because they lack intelligence — they fail because they lack a system. There's so much noise out there. Telegram groups telling you what to buy. Influencers pumping coins. Services where you're completely dependent on someone else's signals. None of that builds real skill or real confidence.
